If every thing u do has become too hard and tiring u must do something to relax

in u'r day when you can be truly relaxed. This may be after u come home from school or work.

Relax in this bath for about 10 to 20 minutes. U do this just to refresh and restore the energy back to u'r own head space.

If u'r in a room, light it with gentle lamplight or candles, whichever is preferred. Put on soothing music and lie back on a comfortable bed. Feel relaxed doing this as long as u want to.

self massage is very effective for reducing muscle pain.

Clear u'r mind
Clear u'r mind
Give u'r self a break, even for just a minute. Or do something simple like tracing the edge or a circle with u'r eye, and time the motion of u'r breathing.

Do something proactive
Do something proactive
If the situasion persists, take a pen and start writing down u'r feelings or u can write it in u'r blog.
STEP 7
Seek help
Seek help
Don't let things get to such a bad state that u find u'r self stressing deeply and regularly.
